Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00, and FREE on orders over $150.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment, and no later than 3 business days. Please note that weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days.
Once your order has shipped, youāll receive tracking information via email.

Please Note: When you place an item in your cart or claim it, it is removed from inventory and reserved for you. We kindly ask that you only cart or claim items with the intention of completing your purchase.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you donāt see it, please allow 72 hours before contacting customer service. In many cases, carriers mark packages as delivered early, and they arrive within that timeframe. Packages may also be delivered to a neighbor or placed in an alternate mailbox, so we recommend checking nearby locations if possible.
If your package has not arrived after 72 hours, please email us at info@hellofriendsboutique.com, and weāll guide you through the next steps.
All missing or lost packages must be reported within one week of the expected delivery date. Claims reported after one week may require you to file directly with the postal carrier, and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
