Your happiness is everything to us, so we’ve got a flexible return policy in place to keep the smiles shining.
Need to make a return?
No problem! Just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly issue you shop credit. If you chose local pickup, the 7-day window starts from the day your order was marked as ready for pickup, not the day you actually pick it up. So be sure to swing by when you can, babe!
Before sending anything back our way, just double-check these quick guidelines:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Please make sure items are free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or anything else that would make them less than fresh.

Returns typically take up to one week to process once they’re delivered back to us, but most are done within a few days. Keep an eye on your tracking info so you know when it arrives.
A few things to note (aka the fine print in friendly form):
Items marked as Final Sale, anything from our Sale Rack, Mystery Items, Jewelry, and Swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange. Those are our “no take-backsies” treasures. 💕
