Shipping & Local Pickups
Shipping:
Shipping is a flat $5.95, and FREE on all orders over $99 (pre-tax & shipping).
We do our best to ship orders within 1 business day after payment, and never more than 3 business days from the order date.
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note that weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days.
We’re a small, family-run business, so while we work hard to ship your order quickly, there may occasionally be a delay due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and promise to always do our best to deliver the speedy service you deserve!
Local Pickup:
Local pickups are available during store hours at our boutique:

Our current tentative hours:
Mon–Tues: 10 AM – 4 PM
Wed–Sat: 10 AM – 6 PM
Sunday: 12 PM – 4 PM
You’ll receive an email when your order is fulfilled and ready for pickup. Please allow 24 hours for processing. Returns for local pickups follow our standard policy and must be initiated within 7 days from when your order was marked “ready for pickup.”
A quick reminder:
When you add something to your cart or claim it during a live, it’s removed from our available inventory. Please only claim items you intend to purchase, as holding items prevents others from being able to buy them. Thank you for being mindful—every item and every customer counts in our small shop!
Missing or Lost Packages:
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Please wait 72 hours before reaching out. Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.

Check with neighbors, your mailbox, or other delivery spots around your home.

If your package still hasn’t arrived after 72 hours, email us at info@hellofriendsboutique.com and we’ll help you figure out the next steps.
📬 Important: Missing or lost packages must be reported within 1 week of the expected delivery date. If reported after 7 days, we may ask you to file a claim directly with the carrier, and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
