Shipping - Our online store is based out of Traverse City, MI and packages typically ship within 1 - 2 business days after you place your order.

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00, and FREE on orders over $150.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment, and no later than 3 business days. Please note that weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
As a family-run small business, there may occasionally be rare delays due to circumstances such as illness or unforeseen events at the boutique. We truly appreciate your understanding and always strive to provide the fast shipping you deserve. Thank you so much for supporting our small business! 🤍
Please Note: When you place an item in your cart or claim it, it is removed from inventory and reserved for you. We kindly ask that you only cart or claim items with the intention of completing your purchase.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you don’t see it, please allow 72 hours before contacting customer service. In many cases, carriers mark packages as delivered early, and they arrive within that timeframe. Packages may also be delivered to a neighbor or placed in an alternate mailbox, so we recommend checking nearby locations if possible.
If your package has not arrived after 72 hours, please email us at info@hellofriendsboutique.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
All missing or lost packages must be reported within one week of the expected delivery date. Claims reported after one week may require you to file directly with the postal carrier, and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
