directions: rise mouthpiece before use. Apply a thin, even layer of whitening gel to the front surface of your teeth using the included pen. Avoid gums and lips. Insert the mouthpiece and ensure a comfortable fit. Press the power button to turn on the device. Tap to select your desired light mode. Relax and allow the device to run for the full treatment cycle (10-15 minutes). When finished, remove the device and rinse mouth with water. Rinse the mouthpiece and allow it to dry before storing.
For best results, use 3-5 times per week for 4-6 weeks, then maintain as needed.

Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00, and FREE on orders over $150.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment, and no later than 3 business days. Please note that weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days.

Please Note: When you place an item in your cart or claim it, it is removed from inventory and reserved for you. We kindly ask that you only cart or claim items with the intention of completing your purchase.
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you don’t see it, please allow 72 hours before contacting customer service. In many cases, carriers mark packages as delivered early, and they arrive within that timeframe. Packages may also be delivered to a neighbor or placed in an alternate mailbox, so we recommend checking nearby locations if possible.
If your package has not arrived after 72 hours, please email us at info@hellofriendsboutique.com, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
All missing or lost packages must be reported within one week of the expected delivery date. Claims reported after one week may require you to file directly with the postal carrier, and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
