Missing or Lost Packages

Packages may also be delivered to a neighbor or placed in an alternate mailbox, so we recommend checking nearby locations if possible.

All missing or lost packages must be reported within one week of the expected delivery date. Claims reported after one week may require you to file directly with the postal carrier, and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
