Sizing -- Recommend taking your department store size and sizing down one or two. Heather is a size 10 in the department stores and is wearing one size down, the size 9's. The material is stretchy and the cut has some give so she could easily size down 2 sizes and wear the size 7's as well. It is personal preference but either way, you can't for wrong!
