Shipping is a flat rate of $8.00, and FREE on orders over $150.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment, and no later than 3 business days. Please note that weekends and federal holidays are not considered business days.

Missing or Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you donât see it, please allow 72 hours before contacting customer service. In many cases, carriers mark packages as delivered early, and they arrive within that timeframe. Packages may also be delivered to a neighbor or placed in an alternate mailbox, so we recommend checking nearby locations if possible.
If your package has not arrived after 72 hours, please email us at info@hellofriendsboutique.com, and weâll guide you through the next steps.
All missing or lost packages must be reported within one week of the expected delivery date. Claims reported after one week may require you to file directly with the postal carrier, and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
