Hello Friends Boutique is proudly based in Traverse City, MI. We ship orders every Tuesday and Friday, so depending on when you order, your package will head out on the next shipping day. đź’Ś

Shipping is $8.00 and free at $150.Â
All orders are processed and shipped in 3 business days or less.
You will get tracking information emailed to you once the item has left our warehouse.
We aim to ship everything within 1 business day after payment. Please note weekends and Federal Holidays are not business days.
As we are a family run business, sometimes due to illnesses, etc., shipping may be delayed at our boutique.

Remember we are a SMALL business, when you cart/claim something have the intention of paying for it. When you put something in your cart you take it out of inventory and prevent others from purchasing it.Â
Missing or lost package:
If your package was marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please wait 72 hours before contacting customer service. In most cases, a carrier marks a package as delivered prematurely, and the package will arrive within 72 hours. In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbor or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbors if they have seen the package before contacting customer service. If you still haven't found the package, please email us at info@hellofriendsboutique.com, and we will let you know of next steps.
Please report all packages as missing or lost within 1 week of the expected delivery date. You can report a package as missing by emailing customer service at info@hellofriendsboutique.com. If a package is reported as missing > 1 week after expected delivery date, you will be asked to file a claim with the postal carrier and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
