How to Apply (for the perfect glow):

1. Exfoliate — Use a washcloth to scrub well, especially around elbows, feet, and ankles. This is the most important step.
2. Dry your skin completely.
3. Apply foam in sections using circular motions — start with legs, then trunk, chest, and arms.
4. Blend at wrists and ankles using only the excess on the mitt (do not add more tanner for these areas).
5. Dilute over joints, hands, and feet with just the excess on the mitt.
6. Allow skin to dry completely — wear dark, loose clothing.
7. Shower 4-6 hours after application — rinse only, no scrubbing.
